Welcome to the on-line Exhibitor Information Manual.  Please take a moment to revew it as it will assist you in preparation for a successful show.  Take note of show deadlines and discounts which can save you time and money!  Use the Exhibitor Checklist to track and meet your deadlines.

Exhibitor Badge 

You should have received your unique link to request your exhibitor badge. The deadline to order your badge to be mailed is August 25, 2017. If you need your link sent to you please email tampacredentials@nmma.org.

The maximum number of badges is determined by the amount of square feet for which your company has contracted. If you have any questions please contact us at tampacredentials@nmma.org.

Replacement Badges are at a cost of $12.00 per credential.

New Admission Practice:

To enhance show security, anyone using an exhibitor or trade badge to access the show site will be required to present government-issued identification (ID) along with their badge. Checking IDs of persons entering the show with an exhibitor badge will ensure that only authorized personnel have access to the show outside of show hours and will protect our exhibitor’s products. We appreciate your cooperation with this new security protocol.


Be My Guest' Tickets — Invite Your VIPs to the Show
 

Discounted Exhibitor Show Tickets—Invite your best customers and prospects to visit you at the show with "Be My Guest" Tickets. These tickets are discounted 50% off the general admission price. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required and there is a minimum order of 10 tickets. 
 
Your personal link has been sent to you. Please do not share your link with anyone. 
 
Order online, pay a $50.00 non-refundable deposit and order as many tickets as you like.  Your credit card number will be stored and charged for redeemed tickets within 30 days after the show. 
 
Here is what you need to do:
 
Pay your non-refundable deposit of $50. (Your tickets are discounted 50% of the general admission price for each ticket redeemed).
 
• Select an e-ticket or hardstock ticket
• Distribute tickets to invite your customers and prospects to visit you at the show
• After the show your credit card will be charged for all redeemed tickets
• Personalized Be My Guest tickets — You can personalize all or some of your Electronic Be My Guest tickets with your Customer's name. Please provide a list within 24 hours of your order to tampatickets@nmma.org.
 
Tickets requested after Friday, August 25, 2016 will be hardstock only and will be available for pick up on show site 
 

New orders originating on-site will be charged a $50.00 deposit.  Tickets will be printed on hard ticket stock.

  • If you have Multiple Booths, select the lowest Order #
  • Boat Categories apply for Boat Exhibitors only.
  • Changes to the Company Account Info & Event Contact Info must be submitted to vberryman@nmma.org
  • (Changes in these sections affect the company's Master Account, not the Show Guide Listing.)

  • All information is subject to editing by Show Manager

Updates submitted after August 4, 2017 may not appear in the printed Show Guide
