Capt. Erich Jaeger, Sea Tow Tampa Bay - General Manager

Erich has been in the marine assistance business for 5 years. Before that he was a charter/commercial boat captain/owner.

Capt. Bill Kaupas, Sea School - Instructor

Bill is a licensed USCG Merchant Marine with 10 years in the U.S. Navy and over 40 years in the marine industry. He has operated upon the ocean, coastwise, western rivers, and intracoastal waterways.

Matt McGinnis, Chris-Craft Boats - Vice President of Manufacturing

Matt McGinnis joined the Chris-Craft team in late 2014 as Vice President of Manufacturing. Matt's lean and six sigma implementation efforts help to ensure Chris-Craft maintains its competitive advantage in the global marine marketplace. Prior to joining Chris-Craft, Matt was Vice President of Operations at Nautique Boat Company, Quality Director and New Product Program Manager at Bertram Yachts, and Process Control Manager at General Motors.

Jon Reinke, Outcast Watersports – President

Jon has been President of Outcast Watersports for the past 23 Years. Previous to Outcast Watersports, he was the Owner and Dock Master of Apollo Beach Marina for 3 years. Jon is a Yamaha, Mercury and Suzuki Certified Mechanic.

Kerry Schroeder, Yamaha - Senior District Service Manager

Kerry’s field territory area is northern and central Florida coast to coast.  He has had the pleasure of working for Yamaha Motor Corp for almost 19 years, with over 30 years of marine industry experience. Everyday is a different challenge and that’s what makes his job enjoyable.

Capt. Jamie Shaffer, MTC Maritime Training Center

Capt. Jamie Shaffer brings experience on navigating the water. He will be speaking to the requirements and relevant topics on how to get your Captain's License.
