Capt. Pam Wirth got hooked on kayak fishing and now has become one of the best female anglers in our area. She catches everything from sailfish, red snapper, snook, trout, and redfish all from a kayak. Her love for fishing and competitive nature makes her one of the top female anglers in our market.
Capt. Sergio Atanes
Capt. Sergio Atanes grew up in Ybor City. He was hooked for life at the age of four when he picked up his first rod made from an old broomstick. Antes worked in the corporate world to pay for his family’s wellbeing, but his true passion was always fishing. Once his duties as a father and provider were met, he retired to live his dream. Capt. Sergio Atanes has been on radio and TV for over 20 years doing what he loves best. Capt. Sergio Atanes has the only national Hispanic TV fishing show AVENTURAS DE PESCA USA and a Monday night Facebook Live and YouTube show called FLORIDA WEST COAST FISHING REPORT. Capt. Sergio Atanes is also an outdoor writer for Coastal Angler, Mariner, Onshore/Offshore, and Woods n Water magazines where he shares his past and present fishing experiences.
